Is there any way to export my runkeeper data?
I'd like to see a data export feature. I'm not too particular about the formatting, but the more options the better I suppose. Excel, sb dump file, anything would probably work.

Sb dump means DB dump

I played with this a bit. It's quite good. I have a few nitpicks, and I might send you a modified version to have a look at. Overall, this is exactly what I was looking for, and written in my favorite language too!

Sure David.
I want to add few more features in that script like downloading splits, downloading gpx / kml data. I am going on vacation for next 8 days. I will do more once I am back.

We have built in an export function and have placed it on the profile setting tab at the bottom http://runkeeper.com/settings/profile (we are still looking for a permanent home for this functionality).
For added security, we have added a recaptcha to the export process to ensure that malicious scripts won't have access to this functionality.
Note: we are also working on a full blown API for 3rd party apps to build on top of the RunKeeper platform.

nitzien,
did you look in your profile settings? http://runkeeper.com/settings/profile
at the bottom there is a "Download Activities" link. do you see that?

I see that. Works perfect. Can we make that link little more visible. Some button?
Thanks
Nitin

The download activities is great. I like to dump the data into Excel so I can get grand totals for the season, vs. previous season, etc.

Thanks I love the download for over all details. But is it possible to download a KML file to import into google maps?

Chad, it is. If you go to one of your GPS tracked activities on RunKeeper.com, go down to the "Advanced Options" link, click on it, and you'll see the option to export to Google earth. that export is an KML file
