FitnessReports are a great way to keep track of all of your statistics that you've entered into RunKeeper.
By clicking on FitnessReports on the left side of your home screen, under your profile picture, you will be taken to the FitnessReport homepage. From there you will be able to see information that we have collected over the different activities you've logged. Free users can only see their Total Distance for activities, as well as some information regarding their Weight, Strength Training and Sleep. Elite Members however can see Total Duration, Total Calories, have access to Advanced FitnessReports and much more. For more information, check out this article, here.
At the top of the FitnessReports screen, you have the option to select your timeframe, allowing you to compare how you have been doing recently, look at everything you have ever put in RunKeeper, or anything in between.
Scrolling down you can see an actual breakdown of your activities in graph form for each of these categories.
At the bottom you can sort these graphs by Day, Month or Week. If you're looking for more information on a specific type of activity, you can select it on the left hand side by using this menu.
By selecting an individual activity, such as running, you not only get to see a graph of only your running activities, but also have the option to compare your data against your street team members! By selecting add/remove above the graphs, you can then choose up to 7 of your friends to compare yourself to.
With FitnessReports you can do a better job of keeping track of just how much work you've been doing. Use FitnessReports to see how far you've come and how far you can go from here!
