What are FitnessReports?

FitnessReports are a great way to keep track of all of your statistics that you've entered into RunKeeper.

To find your FitnessReports, first click on your 'Me' tab and you'll see a 'Reports' tab. By clicking on 'Reports' you'll be able to see all of your Fitness Reports! From there you will be able to see information that we have collected over the different activities you've logged. Free users will only be able to see their Total Distance for activities, as well as some information regarding their Weight, Strength Training and Sleep. Elite Members however can see Total Duration, Total Calories, have access to Advanced FitnessReports and much more. For more information about Advanced FitnessReports, check out this article, here.

On the left side of your screen, you'll be able to choose which type of activity you would like to view.

At the top of the FitnessReports screen, you have the option to select your timeframe. This allows you to compare how you have been doing recently, look at everything you have ever put in RunKeeper, or anything in between.

Scrolling down you can see an actual breakdown of your activities in graph form for each of these categories.

If you would like to view more information within these graphs, just scroll your mouse over a particular section. This will give you your total milage for a specific activity as well as the total milage for that month.

If you would like more detail about a specific activity type, just select the activity type from the left hand side menu.

By selecting an individual activity, such as running, you will be able to see graphs of your running activity broken down by DistanceDuration, or Calories Burned.

By selecting 'Compare Friends' above the graphs, you can then choose up to 7 of your friends to compare yourself to.

With FitnessReports you can do a better job of keeping track of just how much work you've been doing. Use FitnessReports to see how far you've come and how far you can go from here!
