Training Plan Monthly View Broken

Some users have noticed that their monthly view option for training plan schedules is broken. If they try to change their monthly view, nothing happens, or sometimes it skips to the wrong month. 

This bug is a pain, but our crew of engineers will hopefully find what's happening and stomp it out soon!
