Sometimes activities don't save properly if you have poor reception or service. If so, you can resend the activity when you do have a strong signal! Please follow these steps to learn how:
iOS
- Select your Me tab in the app.
- Tap into your Activities section and click the activity you want to resend
- Tap the yellow Edit button at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to the Save Screen.
- Press the Save button to resend your activity to runkeeper.com.
Android
- Select your Me tab in the app.
- Tap into your Activities section and click the activity you want to resend.
- Tap on the 3 vertical dots in the top right-hand corner and select 'Resend To Runkeeper.'
If you are still experiencing issues resending, try the following steps:
1. Be sure you are using the latest version of the app available in the App Store.
2. Confirm that you have a strong LTE, 4G, or WiFi connection.
3. Once you've confirmed the above, please try resending the activity again.
