How to Turn Workout Reminders On and Off

 

  1. Go to the Settings icon on your 'Me' tab to the right of your profile picture, select Reminders and Notifications, tap Workout, then you can change your settings to receive workout reminders.
  2. You can set a reminder for the following day, in 2 days, etc. at these times: 
    • 6am
    • 9am
    • Noon
    • 2pm
    • 5pm
    • 8pm
 
Want to turn these off? That's no problem! Just scroll over to 'Off' and make sure that's selected and tap 'Done'. You'll know they're turned off if you see the times options on the right with strikes through them.
