If you are experiencing app crashing upon startup, you'll need to delete the app from your phone, and then reinstall it from the App Store.
To prevent losing activities after uninstalling, we recommend checking the website regularly to make sure your activities are synced to our servers. When viewing your activity list in the Me tab, check to see if there are any red triangles next to activities. If so, this means that the activity has not been backed up to our servers and you will need to resend that activity - you can learn how to do so in this article.
When you uninstall the app, any locally stored activities will be deleted from your device, which is why it's so important to make sure they're backed up. Any activities that are backed up to the website will download back to your phone once you reinstall and log into the app!
