What are Fitness Reports?

Fitness reports are a great way to keep track of all the statistics you've accumulated into Runkeeper.

To find your fitness reports:

Click on your 'Me' tab, then click 'Reports.' From there you will be able to see information that we've collected over the different activities you've logged!

Free users will only be able to see their total distance for activities, as well as some information regarding their weight, strength training, and sleep.

Runkeeper Go members can see total duration, total calories, have access to advanced fitness reports, and more. For more information about advanced fitness reports, check out this article here.

On the left side of your screen, you'll be able to choose which type of activity you would like to view.

At the top of the fitness reports screen, you have the option to select your timeframe. This allows you to compare how you have been doing recently, look at everything you have ever put in Runkeeper, or anything in between.

Scrolling down you can see a breakdown of your activities in graph form for each of these categories.

If you would like to view more information within these graphs, just scroll your mouse over a particular section. This will give you your total milage for a specific activity, as well as the total milage for that month.

If you would like more detail about a specific activity type, just select the activity type from the menu on the left.

By selecting an individual activity, such as running, you will be able to see graphs of your running activity broken down by distance, duration, or calories burned.

By selecting 'compare friends' above the graphs, you can then choose up to 7 of your friends to compare yourself to.

With fitness reports, you can do a better job of keeping track of just how much work you've been doing. Use them to see how far you've come and how far you can go from here!
