How to Reset Your Password

To reset your password:

• Go to this page.
  
• Type in the email address currently associated to your Runkeeper account.
• Click the 'Send Reset Link' button. This will send an email to your inbox from ASICS. 
  
  • You can set a new password for your account by clicking the 'Reset My Password' button in the email. 
  • If you don't see the password reset email right away, check your spam and junk folders.

If you no longer have access to the email address and can't receive the password reset link, please contact Runkeeper Support at support@runkeeper.com and we're happy to help!
