- Go to your Settings on Runkeeper.com and then to Purchase History
- On the Purchase History page you will see a list of payments you have made
- Find the Actions column and hit the blue X button to "Cancel Subscription"
iPhone In-App Purchase
To cancel any purchase you made through the Runkeeper app for iOS, you will need to log into your Apple ID and cancel your subscription through iTunes.

To cancel any purchase you made through the Runkeeper app for Android, you will need to cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store.

After 48 hours have passed since purchasing, you may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid additional charges, but your Runkeeper Go subscription status will remain in effect until the next payment was to be due.
