When you finish your workout and have hit the Stop and Yes I'm Done buttons, you'll see the activity summary screen. Here, you've got a few options to add more detail to your already awesome workout!
Tap the Pause button and then select the Stop button. This will bring you to the Review and Save screen where can add the final touches to your activity before saving!
1) How did it go?
Leave a note about the weather, that frightening squirrel in the park, or your nagging left knee injury! (Selecting 'How did this run feel?')
2) Name & Category
With latest updates on Android and iOS you can now give any GPS-tracked activity a wicked cool, wicked awesome, wicked special name, as well as categorize any run by the type of workout completed! (only runs can be categorized)
2) Tag Friends
Did you finally get your roommate or coworker to run with you? By selecting the 'Ran With..' option you can tag any of your Facebook friends in your activity, just check out this article.
3) Map Visibility
(iOS) Scroll to the bottom and Select the Maps Viewable By option under the More Details section. You can switch between Only Me, Friends or Everyone. This button will always default to your activity map settings from the web.
(Android) Scroll to the bottom and Select the 'Maps Viewable By' option under the More Details section. You can switch between Only Me, Friends or Everyone. This button will always default to your activity map settings from the web.
4) Social Media Sharing (iOS)
The sharing experience on iOS has completely changed and now lives on the Activity Summary Screen. To learn more about the new sharing flow on iOS, check out this article! Make sure to select a photo on either the save screen by tapping the Plus symbol next to 'Add a Picture', or on the Summary Screen by tapping the Orange Camera Icon!
Facebook and Twitter Sharing (Android)
As long as Enable Sharing is selected, your activity will be shared to the option(s) you've toggled on Facebook and/or Twitter. However on Android, it will simply be shared after clicking save and no additional prompts will pop up.
5) Workout Reminder (only on iOS)
Now you can set a reminder for your next Runkeeper workout by toggling the Workout Reminders section!
6) Activity Details
In addition to all of these features, you can also see the details about your activity! Including distance, duration, miles, pace, and calories, not mention tracking your Shoes and entering your Average Heat Rate!
After you've gotten all of your settings just right, make sure to click the 'Save' button in the top right corner in iOS and the bottom of the screen on Android!
