How To Associate/Dissociate An Activity With A Pre-Built Training Plan Workout

You can associate an activity with a training plan workout either through the iOS app or on our website!  This feature only applies to workouts within a pre-built training plan, so it cannot be used for a Prescribed Workout.  Sorry about that!

 

Associate an Activity with a Pre-Built Training Plan (iOS)

If you've already tracked an activity:

    • Find the desired workout from your Training Plan
    • Tap on the "check mark" at the bottom of the Training Plan cell
    • On the top of this screen click "History"
    • From your activity list, select an activity to associate with the workout
    • Tap "Mark Complete"

If you are manually entering an activity:

    • Find the desired workout from your Training Plan
    • Click on the "check mark" at the bottom of the Training Plan cell

    • Enter the information from your workout into the appropriate fields
    • Select "Save Activity"

 

Associate an Activity with a Pre-Built Training Plan (Website)

If you've already tracked an activity:

    • Select the activity from the Activities section on your Me Tab section of the website.
    • Go to Edit in the upper right hand corner.
    • Scroll down below the map and select your Training Plan session from the drop down menu.
    • Save your activity.

If you are manually entering an activity:

    • Manually enter your activity details through the Log section of the website.
    • Select your Training Plan session from the Training Plan drop down menu.
    • Save your activity.

 

Dissociate an Activity with a Pre-Built Training Plan (Web only)

By going to Runkeeper.com, you can remove an activity from a Training Plan by:

  • Selecting the activity on the Activities section of the website on the Me Tab.
  • Going to Edit in the upper right hand corner.
  • Scrolling down below the map and select None from the Training Plan drop down menu.
  • Save your activity.

Select a workout from a Training Plan

  • Start the Runkeeper app.
  • Tap the Workout grid which will prompt the Workout card to appear.
  • Tap the workout available under training for that day, and tap OK.
  • Now your training plan workout has been selected and will appear listed in the workout grid.
  • Now the only left to do is tap Go Running and crush that workout!
