Creating Custom Interval/One-Off Workouts

"One-Offs" or "Custom Intervals" are personalized workouts that you can create through the Runkeeper app. These one-offs are great for making interval workouts, as well as any other workout that you'd like!

iOS

Creating a One-Off Workout:

  1. Go to your Start Tab
  2. Tap on the Workout grid
  3. Select Custom on the Workout card
  4. Enter the name of your interval workout
  5. Click "add new action..." to add an interval
  6. Once you've set the interval you want, just click "Back"
  7. You'll now see that interval added, and you can set the next interval
  8. If your workout includes the same intervals repeated several times, to make it easy just click the Repeat option to select how many times the intervals you've set up should be repeated!

Once you have created one-off workouts, you can choose them from the Workout card, under Custom > Saved Workouts, then you should be good to go!

 Android

Creating a One-Off Workout:

  1. Go to your Start Tab
  2. Tap the "Workout" bar in the big white box where you change your activity type, turn on Live Track, etc.
  3. For a one-off interval workout, tap "One Offs" to create a new workout.
  4. Enter the name of your interval workout
  5. Click "add new action..." to add an interval
  6. Once you've set the interval you want, just click "Back"
  7. You'll now see that interval added, and you can set the next interval
  8. If your workout includes the same intervals repeated several times, to make it easy just click the Repetitions option to select how many times the intervals you've set up should be repeated!

You can also select a Training Plan workout by tapping "Training Plans," or set up a Target Pace workout by tapping "Target Pace."

 

Important: Your "one off" workouts will NOT save if you uninstall and reinstall the app from your device!
