Creating Custom Interval/One-Off Workouts

"One-Offs" or "Custom Intervals" are personalized workouts that you can create through the Runkeeper app. These one-offs are great for making interval workouts, as well as any other workout that you would like!

iOS

Creating a One-Off Workout:

  1. Go to your Start Tab
  2. Tap on the Workout grid
  3. Select Custom on the Workout card
  4. For interval workouts: enter the name, interval type, and repeat options 

Once you have created one-off workouts, you can choose them from the One-Off list under Saved Workouts on your Custom Intervals card, then you should be good to go!

 Android

Creating a One-Off Workout:

  1. Go to your Start Tab
  2. Tap the "Workout" bar in the big white box where you change your activity type, turn on Live Track, etc.
  3. For a one-off interval workout, tap "One Offs" to create a new workout.
  4. For interval workouts: enter the name, interval type, and repeat options

You can also select a Training Plan workout by tapping "Training Plans," or set up a Target Pace workout by tapping "Target Pace."

 

Important: Your "one off" workouts will NOT save if you uninstall and reinstall the app from your device!
