Just follow these easy steps to get your training plan workouts into the calendar app for iPhone! Please note that this feature is available only for pre-built training plans, not Prescribed Workouts.
- Head over to your 'My Plan' tab and tap on the Training section.
- This will take you to the screen shown to the right. Next, tap on your progress bar (Example: Beginner 5k).
3. Once you're on the training plan page, tap the gear icon in the upper right hand corner.
4. Select Export to Calendar and you should be good to go! Just make sure you've checked off "All iCloud" in your Calendar app so you can see the exported plan workouts.
What Does It Look Like?
Great question! When you export your training plan, you'll see that each workout is in your calendar labelled with the workout number. If you tap on your workout, all workout details will be listed in the event!
*Note: If you abandon the training plan, this will remove all calendar entries from iCal.
