Phone Powering Off During Run Results in 0 Duration Trip

If your phone powers off during a Runkeeper trip (due to cold weather or low battery), it is likely that your trip will sync to your account with 0:00 duration. This also effects your speed/pace calculation. We're looking into ways to restore these trips, so let us know if you're seeing this problem! Be sure to include a link to the activity so we make sure to look at the correct trip.
