Is your challenge progress not updating? When this happens, your challenge is likely updated properly in our database, but for some reason isn't reflecting in the app. Don't worry, if your activities show you've completed the challenge, you'll get credit!
Try editing and re-saving the activity (you don't have to change any information).
If that doesn't work, try logging out then logging back into the Runkeeper app - this forces the app to re-sync with our servers and hopefully your progress bar will update! Let us know if that doesn't work.
*Before you log out, you'll want to make sure that your data is safely backed up on our servers so you don't lose any of your hard work! Log into Runkeeper.com and make sure that the number of activities you have on your web profile matches the number of activities on your Runkeeper app. If it does, you're good to go! If it doesn't, submit a ticket and we'll take a look.
