We've heard from the community that their challenge progress bar hasn't been updating although they are tracking activities that qualify for each challenge. We have been unable to determine if this is specific to either iOS or Android, but we believe the problem is not platform specific.
Rest assured that when we have seen this problem, your challenge progress has been updating on our servers and the issue seems to lie specifically with the progress bar updating. Don't worry, if your activities should count for your challenge you will get credit!
We have also noticed that some users have had success logging out then logging back into the Runkeeper app. This forces the app to resync with our servers & hopefully your progress bar will be updated!
Before you log out, you'll want to make sure that your data is safely backed up on our servers so you don't lose any of your hard work! Log into Runkeeper.com and make sure that the number of activities you have on your web profile matches the number of activities on your Runkeeper app. If it does, you're good to go! If it doesn't, submit a ticket below and we can check it out!
