How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and the service that was used to ship your order!

Due to the constraints of international shipping, we're unable to provide tracking updates once a product has left the United States.  So sorry about that!  If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 weeks of shipment, please email support@runkeeper.com and we'll get things squared away for you!
