What If I Want To Make A Return Or Exchange?

Sometimes things happen, and your order just isn’t exactly what you were expecting. If you find that's the case with your order, email storecustomerservice@runkeeper.com and we'll help get your order returned or exchanged!

All returns or exchanges must be filed within 14 days of receiving your order. In the event of an exchange/return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the product must be unused and unworn.
