This article will help with the following:
- Changing your payment information
- Checking your subscription status
- Cancelling your subscription
- Inquiring about refund eligibility
Access Your Payments:
- Log onto runkeeper.com.
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner to access your Settings.
- Click Purchase History.
- Here, you can view past and current subscriptions.
Subscription Status:
- Note the color of the circle under Status:
- A green circle means your subscription is active.
- A red circle means your subscription is cancelled and you will not be charged again.
- A yellow circle means your subscription is suspended.
- A suspended subscription can mean that your payment information is expired or there are no funds available for renewal.
Update Payment Information:
- Go to the Actions column.
- Click the blue arrow button to Renew Subscription.
- If you have trouble with renewing your subscription, we recommend cancelling your current subscription, which will allow you to re-subscribe when it expires.

Apple App Store Purchases:
If you encounter any problems with a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store, please contact Apple Support right here. (Due to limitations, we regrettably don't have access to iTunes purchases -- so sorry for any trouble!)
Google Play Purchases:
If you encounter any problems with a subscription purchased through the Google Play Store, please submit a request here, provide your Runkeeper login email address and any details if needed, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note (Android users):
- If you purchased through the Google Play Store and we can't locate the purchase with your email address, we will need your Google Play order number, also called the GPA number. Please have this ready if possible!
- Your Google Play order number can be found in your purchase confirmation email from Google Play.
- If you cannot find this email, you can navigate to https://payments.google.com/, log in to your Google account, and select the relevant purchase from Runkeeper. You can find the Transaction ID near the bottom of the receipt.
- If you can't locate your GPA this way, please contact Google Play Support.
- Just send us a screenshot including that 17- or 18-digit number and we can locate your purchase.
- If you cannot find this email, you can navigate to https://payments.google.com/, log in to your Google account, and select the relevant purchase from Runkeeper. You can find the Transaction ID near the bottom of the receipt.
- Your Google Play order number can be found in your purchase confirmation email from Google Play.
Refund Eligibility:
Web and Google Play Store purchases: Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis and depend on what our system allows (i.e. when your last renewal was). To inquire about your refund eligibility, please submit a Support request below.
Apple App Store purchases can only be refunded directly through Apple. Please contact Apple Support right here!
