At Runkeeper, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to understand your Billing information. This article will help you do so by addressing the following topics:
- Viewing your purchase history
- Checking your subscription status

Viewing Your Purchase History
- Log onto runkeeper.com
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner to access your Account Settings
- Click Purchase History
- Here, you can view past and current subscriptions
Checking Your Subscription Status
When viewing your purchase history, you can check the status of your Runkeeper subscription. To do this, simply look at the colour of the circle under Status

- A green circle means your subscription is active
- A red circle means your subscription is cancelled and you will not be charged again
- A yellow circle means your subscription is suspended
- A suspended subscription means that your payment information is expired or there are no funds available for renewal
Updating Payment Information & Cancelling Your Subscription
When viewing your purchase history, Go to the Actions column. From here, select the blue arrow. This will take you to your payment method page (Google Play or iTunes) where you can renew and manage your Runkeeper subscription and update your payment information. Refund Eligibility
Web and Google Play Store purchases: Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis and depend on what our system allows (i.e. when your last renewal was). To inquire about your refund eligibility, please submit a request to support@runkeeper.com
Apple App Store purchases can only be refunded directly through Apple. If you encounter any problems with a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store, please contact Apple Support right here. Due to limitations, we don't have access to iTunes purchases.
For subscription issues related to Google Play Store purchases, please submit a request here. Provide your Runkeeper login email address and any details if needed.
Refund Notes for Android Users
If you purchased through the Google Play Store and we can't locate the purchase with your email address, we will need your Google Play order number, also called the GPA number. Please have this ready if possible!

- Your Google Play order number can be found in your purchase confirmation email from Google Play.
- If you cannot find this email, you can navigate to https://payments.google.com/, log in to your Google account, and select the relevant purchase from Runkeeper. You can find the Transaction ID near the bottom of the receipt.
- If you can't locate your GPA this way, please contact Google Play Support.
- Just send us a screenshot including that 17- or 18-digit number and we can locate your purchase.
- If you cannot find this email, you can navigate to https://payments.google.com/, log in to your Google account, and select the relevant purchase from Runkeeper. You can find the Transaction ID near the bottom of the receipt.
- Your Google Play order number can be found in your purchase confirmation email from Google Play.
