Pebble Device Connectivity Issues

Pebble has recently shut down operations, and Fitbit, who acquired them, has dropped support for these devices as of June 30, 2018. Since they won't be making any updates to these devices, this makes it difficult for us to continue implementing fixes related to the integration. As a result, existing bugs and connectivity issues experienced with Pebble devices will remain in place.
