- Guided Workouts - Access through the Training Tab, then select the header Guided Workouts

Personalized Race Training Plans - Available with Runkeeper Go.
Our Personalized Race Training Plans are designed for semi-experienced runners working towards a race distance. There are various distances made available in this type of plan including:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
- Marathon
- 5 Mile
- 10 Mile
If you sign up for a Personalized Race Training Plan, you are able to associate workouts completed on your Runkeeper account towards the completion of this training plan. Running for Exercise Workout - Available with Runkeeper Go.
"Running For Exercise" workouts are great for both beginner runners or those who wish to maintain a fitness regime when they're not training for a race. This type of training plan does not have end dates, as the workouts are designed to help you stick with your routine and continually improve! In this training plan, new workouts are generated every week based on your previous weeks’ activity completion.
In this type of training plan, you cannot associate existing activities towards completion of the plan. The Running for Exercise Workout plan is available on Apple Watch. For more information on this, check out this article.
Win the Long Run - Free Feature!
Win the Long Run (formerly Pace Academy) is brought to you in partnership with ASICS on iPhone and Android. This offers a series of interval running workouts designed to improve your pace. This feature will give you five new types of workouts you can add to your running toolkit.
Win the Long Run is a FREE feature of Runkeeper and does not require a Runkeeper Go subscription. Check out this article for more information on these types of workouts and on how to register in this type of plan. This type of training plan in not available on Apple Watch.
Guided Workouts - Free Feature!
From the Training tab, you have the option to go to the Guided Workouts header where you'll have access to a wide variety of coach-led programs. These programs include Find Your Why, Sound Mind, Sound Body, Just for Kicks, My First 5K, My First 10k - and more! The first 1-3 workouts of each plan can be tried for free! However in order to have access to later workouts for these programs, a Runkeeper Go subscription is required. Unlike other training plan types, you can be enrolled in multiple guided workouts at a time!
Guided Workouts will not appear on Apple Watch.
*Note: You can only be enrolled in one training plan at a time (this does not apply for Guided Workouts)
