Personalized Race Training Plans - Available with Runkeeper Go!
Our Personalized Race Training Plans are designed for semi-experienced runners working towards a race distance. There are various distances made available in this type of plan including:
- Half Marathon
- 5 Mile
- 10 Mile
If you sign up for a Personalized Race Training Plan, you are able to associate workouts completed on your Runkeeper account towards the completion of this training plan. This type of plan is also available on Apple Watch. These Personalized Race Training Plans are a Runkeeper Go Feature. Running for Exercise Workout - Available with Runkeeper Go!
"Running For Exercise" workouts are great for both beginner runners or those who wish to maintain a fitness regime when they're not training for a race. This type of training plan does not have end dates, as the workouts are designed to help you stick with your routine and continually improve! In this training plan, new workouts are generated every week based on your previous weeks’ activity completion.
In this type of training plan, you cannot associate existing activities towards completion of the plan. The Running for Exercise Workout Training Plan is a Runkeeper Go feature and is available on Apple Watch. For more information on this type of plan, check out this article.
Win the Long Run
Win the Long Run (formerly Pace Academy) is brought to you in partnership with ASICS on iPhone and Android. This offers a series of interval running workouts designed to improve your pace. This feature will give you five new types of workouts you can add to your running toolkit.
Win the Long Run is a FREE feature of Runkeeper and does not require a Runkeeper Go subscription. Check out this article for more information on these types of workouts and on how to register in this type of plan.
My First 5K - Available with Runkeeper Go!
My First 5K was designed for people with little or no running experience. The regular 5K race training plans start at a slightly higher running level, so we recommend My First 5K if you're new to running or haven't run in a long time. In this plan, you are guided through 18 workouts with your own virtual Coach! The first 3 Workouts are available for Free without a Runkeeper Go subscription. My First 5K is only available with Runkeeper Go. It is not available on Apple Watch.
