Devices Affected: Apple Watch (Various Versions) + iPhone devices
Summary of Issue: User activities that are started from Apple Watch are not properly syncing to their phone. It ends up taking days for activities to sync, whereas the normal timeline is a couple of minutes.
Troubleshooting tips attempted: 1) Apple Watch Reinstall Tips, 2) Tracking a Dummy Activity, 3) Apple Watch Second Reinstall, 4) Ensuring users are using most updated version of App and RK Software. These troubleshooting tips are unsuccessful.
**Activities do EVENTUALLY SYNC, but it takes days after an activity has been completed, which is far longer than usual.
