Bulk Import

We've seen an increasing number of members of our commmunity who are interested in a feature that would allow them to bulk import GPX files into RunKeeper.com.

Do you want to see this feature implemented? Give it an up-vote and comment below!

We now have a bulk import feature live on our website! To access it, just log into Runkeeper.com and click the "Log" button.

For more information on how to bulk import, check out this article.

Have fun importing! :)

I recently convinced someone to start using RK instead of My Asics. He was excited with RK features but the bulk import was obviously missed, especially because My Asics does have this feature :)

Yes PLEASE, and quickly! I am currently manually logging over 90 runs using GPX data exported from Nike Plus. It is tedious and not accurate as some of the GPX files aren't being accepted (despite being no different from files that work). Adding this feature would greatly improve my impression and utilization so far of RunKeeper!

Hi Jill. I am a brand new user but I've been tracking my activity with Google Fit for a few months now. Upon syncing my RunKeeper account with Google fit it would've been really nice if my existing activity would be imported.

Yes, I am only considering moving from Runtastic to Runkeeper if I can import all my data. Doing over 250+ runs and workouts individually is a nonstarter. So unless you can import for me or add this feature, I will keep looking.

Yes please. I plan to move from Google-MyTracks & Runtastic to Runkeeper and have over 35+ runs I would like to import.

I got 282 runs I would like to import as I want to move from nike+to runkeeper. I was able to export the GPX but I haven't found an easy way to import them.
I found this PHP tool/script but I cant be bother to go through the steps to register an app on runkeeper, etc. etc.

I'd say that for me GPX Bulk import is part of my MVP for runkeeper :-)

Can we get it in the release/sprint!?!

Thanks,

c

Yes please! Trying to merge 3 years worth of activity after having been an elite member for the last year...would make my data much more valuable!

yes please do it , I am currently using strava as opposed to runkeeper for this exact reason : it was easier for me to upload my previous running GPX files!

Yes, please. I will only consider switching from Strava if I can bulk import 2 years worth of data automatically.

Please add this feature! I want to switch to RunKeeper, as my current running application has gotten progressively worse over the years- but I'm not willing to abandon all that data! Help!

YES! Zombie run database feature has been down for 3 weeks (due to an update?). I'm looking to port a bunch of GPX files. I need to log these files for a fitness reimbursement for work.

I would love to have the ability to import activities via a delimited file (.csv or something similar). I have several years (alright I'm old - actually 30 years) of cycling logs that I would love to import into RunKeeper.

I have like 1000 tracks from My Tracks that I want to move to RunKeeper. It'd be nice to not have to import them one at a time.
