Choice of start day for training plans

I want to train for a half marathon, but all the plans are based on a calendar week, rest day Monday, run Tuesday, etc. It should be possible to choose to slide them to a different start day, for example, by one day to allow rest day Tuesday, run Wednesday and so on. I can never run on a Tuesday, so the plan i want to use is useless. It would seem like a very simple change to adjust this, and I am surely not the only person with other commitments on certain days??

Training plans could do with the same flexibility as the custom plans GO subscribers have whereby you get the runs you need to do that week but you get to schedule the day you plan on doing it :)

I raised this issue some time ago, and got no response. I also raised it among other issues and suggestions for improvement when Runkeeper sent me an email looking for user feedback. I didn't even receive an automated thank you to that email, despite putting quite a bit in to the feedback. I found this quite arrogant, and have since stopped using Runkeeper.

In relation to the specific issue, the Asics "Run" app is excellent, and allows this kind of movement of training days on its calendars, and also has excellent training plans. Most of the people I know who are running are now using this. It is quite strange, though useful, that Runkeeper have allowed users to link the Run app to their Runkeeper account. So there is now a way to use Runkeeper and also start your plan and run your runs on days that suit you.

Just signed up for premium run keeper. I am very disappointed not to be bale to change days on the running plans. I run Monday Wednesday Friday not Tuesday Thursday. Please allow us to change this

Just signed on, and if you cannot fix this pretty quickly, I'll be signing off pretty quickly. This fix should be a no-brainer, and if you cannot handle something this simple, I'm not going to trust you with anything more complex--like my body.

Why is this such a problem Runkeeper? Could someone from Runkeeper at least give an answer on this matter? Would be really appreciated!!!

this setting doesn't make sense runkeeper, just let me adjust the training by day.

as it is right know my training ends with me running the half-marathon on a wednesday instead of sunday. when i adjust the plan, guess what? i'm running the half-marathon the next wednesday.

super useful. thanks
